Estate Agent - Branch Manager

We are committed to transforming our Estate Agency service into an established multi-office, nationwide business, making this role an exciting, one-of-a-kind opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Branch Manager or Sales Negotiator ready to take their career to another level.

The Person

You will be a people person aligned to the Gateway brand. You will be a great communicator with a track record of delivering the best client and customer experience possible. Promoting the brand and creating new opportunities will come as second nature to you.

The ideal candidate will have the expertise and motivation to maximise growth and profitability of the business, and in-turn grow their role within it.

This position will require the individual to have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build trusting relationships whilst working towards ambitious sales targets.

Managing an expanding team, the perfect candidate is a natural-born leader who inspires, drives business growth, and sets the standard with exceptional sales acumen.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:

Effectively manage sales generation by utilising a variety of marketing and networking techniques
Securing new business
Ensure all sales leads are followed up swiftly
Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients from initial meeting through to home completion
Develop and maintain market intelligence and client networking
Undertake property valuations and inspections
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Ensure the level of customer service your team delivers is outstanding

What You Need

3 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator
A full, clean driving license

Job location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm 5 day per week
Salary: Competitive with an annual review
Annual leave: 23 days plus bank holidays
