Gardening Duties:

Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
Hedge trimming and shaping
Strimming and edging grass areas
Weed spraying and removal
Pruning trees, shrubs, and plants
General garden tidying and waste disposal

Communal Cleaning Duties:

Hoovering carpets and floors in communal areas
Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
Washing down walls, doors, and skirting boards
Sweeping and mopping hard floors

Other responsibilities:

Flick testing
Alarm testing
AOV testing
Fault reporting

What You Need

The Job

As an Insurance Technician within AIS, your role will be hands-on, supporting the efficiency of claims processes and technical operations, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and contributing to the success of the wider organisation. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Assisting in preparing, issuing, and maintaining insurance policies and related documentation
Updating and maintaining records of policy terms, renewals, and endorsements
Responding to client enquiries and providing administrative support to senior team members
Helping process claims by gathering and organising necessary documentation
Inputting and reviewing insurance details in the company’s database
Ensuring all documentation and processes adhere to industry regulations
Preparing routine reports and summaries related to policies, claims, or operations

Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring brand consistency

SEO Optimisation: Research keywords, optimise website content, and monitor search performance to improve rankings
Content Support: Assist in planning, writing, and editing blog posts, landing pages, and marketing copy
Paid Ads Coordination: Support setup, monitoring, and reporting for PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
AI-Driven Marketing Tasks: Use AI tools to assist with content generation, data analysis, and campaign optimisation

Collaboration: Work closely with our sales department, external agencies and the Head of Marketing to align campaigns with overall strategy

The perfect candidate is:

Both creative and data driven
Multi-disciplined across digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads)
Proficient with Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media schedulers, and email marketing platforms
Proficient with Adobe CC, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere and After Effects
Effortlessly able to interpret data and use it to improve results.
A quick learner that’s ready to engage with modern practices (e.g. AI software)
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Meticulous in their attention to detail
Able to take the initiative to suggest improvements
