Managing a diverse portfolio of residential blocks and estates, including new builds, purpose-built, and converted properties

Essentials for the Role

You will be required to work full time in our Mayfair Office, with hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years’ experience in residential block management and possess a full, clean driving license to facilitate regular travel for client and resident meetings.

The successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor (0–4 years PQE) with prior experience in residential conveyancing and landlord and tenant/long leaseholder disputes, including but not limited to service charge and breach of covenant disputes. Primary responsibilities will include assisting the Group Solicitor with all legal matters across the Group. Liaising daily with Leaseholders to follow up on outstanding debts
Handling incoming Leaseholder account queries promptly and professionally
Scanning and filing all documentation efficiently to maintain accurate record
Assisting with legal and credit control administrative tasks as required
Communicating with Service Charge debtors, mortgagees, the Court, and the First-tier Tribunal (FTT)
Processing Letters Before Action to initiate recovery procedures
Raising and processing cheques as part of financial operations
Diarising and tracking all litigation deadlines related to Court and FTT proceedings
Drafting Court documents, forms, and ensuring proper issuance and lodging at Court
