AI Automation Lead
The company currently manages a large portfolio and is entering a new phase of operational innovation. We are investing in automation and artificial intelligence to enhance service delivery, improve efficiency, and support significant future growth.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an AI Automation Lead to design and implement intelligent workflows across the organisation.
This role will focus on practical applications of AI within operational processes such as resident communication, maintenance coordination, document management, and internal knowledge systems.
You will work directly with senior leadership to introduce automation and AI tools that improve productivity and service quality across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-assisted workflows across operational teams
- Integrate AI tools with existing business systems including property management software
- Build automation for email handling, maintenance requests, and internal processes
- Develop a company knowledge AI trained on internal documents and procedures
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual administrative work through automation
- Work with leadership to introduce AI capabilities across departments
- Ensure strong standards around data security and responsible AI usage
Technical Skills
Experience in some of the following areas is expected:
- Automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or similar tools
- API integrations and workflow automation
- Large language models and AI platforms
- Data integration and process automation
- Cloud tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Experience integrating with business systems or operational software is highly desirable.
Personal Profile

- Comfortable working independently and implementing new systems
- Ability to translate business processes into automated workflows
- Interest in applying AI to real-world operational environments

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000
Annual leave: 23 days plus bank holidays
