Property Administrator

The Job
You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support to a team of busy Property Managers. Your role will require strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and proactivity, ensuring the smooth running of our property management operations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, eager to learn and possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to Property Managers for a diverse portfolio of residential blocks
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Directors' meetings
- Liaise with clients, residents, and contractors to support day-to-day property management functions
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence related to property management
- Ensure the accurate management of property files, budgets, and other administrative records
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and compliance checks as directed by Property Managers
- Support the Property Managers in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

- The ability to work well within a team and independently when required
What You Need
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Block Management
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative capacity
Job location: Mayfair, London
Hours: 37.5 hours per week shift pattern covering Monday to Saturday
Salary: Competitive with an annual review
Annual leave: 23 days plus bank holidays
