Sales Negotiator
With a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans, we are expanding our Sales Team and seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our busy office in Southend-on-Sea.
You will play a key role in driving sales performance across our portfolio, managing the sales process from instruction through to completion. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role requiring a proactive and commercially minded approach. The role is primarily office-based with regular travel for property visits and occasional travel further afield where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive canvassing, networking, and local market engagement
- Identify, pursue, and convert leads with pace and commercial awareness
- Secure new instructions by building strong relationships and spotting opportunities early
- Conduct property valuations and inspections with a focus on winning business
- Arrange and deliver high-quality viewings, converting interest into offers
- Negotiate offers confidently through to completion
- Maintain and maximise the property database, ensuring accuracy and re-engaging leads
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor to buyers and sellers throughout the process
- Cross-sell services across the business to maximise revenue opportunities
- Stay informed on the local market to support business growth and competitive advantage
- Deliver excellent customer service while consistently achieving sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator (minimum 2 years)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Confident, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented with a professional approach
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel as required

Job location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Annual leave: 23 days plus bank holidays
