Social Media Manager
Gateway Group is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to support the continued growth of the Group, including property services, winery and vineyard business, restaurant and a professional motor racing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketing professional to work across a diverse range of brands, helping to develop engaging campaigns, strengthen brand presence, and create compelling content that connects with customers, partners, and audiences.
The Person
The successful candidate will support a wide range of marketing activities, helping to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and deliver creative campaigns across multiple platforms.
You will be a creative, proactive, and organised individual with a passion for marketing, communication, and storytelling. You will bring fresh ideas, manage tasks with attention to detail, and enjoy building strong relationships with customers, partners, and audiences.
This role will involve a mix of office-based marketing, content creation, event support, and extensive travel to promote the Group’s business interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across Gateway Group and its subsidiaries, including vineyard, hospitality, restaurant, and motorsport activities
- Create engaging content including photography, video, social media posts
- Manage social media platforms to increase engagement with customers, guests, fans, and brand partners
- Promote vineyard events, tastings, restaurant experiences, seasonal campaigns, and motorsport activities
- Capture and share behind-the-scenes content showcasing the brand story, products, teams, events, and customer experiences
- Support partnerships, sponsorships, collaborations, and influencer activity to increase brand awareness
- Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain consistent brand messaging while supporting marketing planning, scheduling, and administration across the Group

- Confident using social media platforms and digital tools

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with content creation, design tools, photography, or video editing would be essential
Job Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Salary: Competitive, with an annual review
