Property Management: Gateway’s service promise

Owning and managing leasehold properties can be a complicated business, from looking after everyday matters, such as maintenance, rent collection, inspections and accounts, to meeting industry legislation. That’s why, at Gateway, we believe in making a simple service promise.

From a property’s doorstep to our Head Office, we set and meet a strict code of conduct. This includes the following five commitments.

  1. We provide small teams of experts who know the properties in their care, in detail.
  2. Clients always speak to a Gateway professional in the UK.
  3. A dedicated Property Manager will undertake regular inspections, as scheduled.
  4. Clients and tenants have regular opportunities to provide feedback and rate our service.
  5. We use our expertise to address issues straightaway, avoiding common problems.
