Gateway continues to thrive in the capital: Blockbuster new additions to our growing London portfolio
It has been an incredible start to 2025 with our exponential growth in London, thanks to the addition of several fantastic new properties under our care.
Owing to our decades of success, these new developments are a testament to our continued commitment for providing our clients and customers with a world-class, one-of-a-kind service.
Prestigious properties in North London
Vizion7 - An imposing mixed-use development in North London, consisting of a staggering 566 apartments and 39 commercial properties. This development formed part of Arsenal Football Club’s Regeneration Project, which coincided with their move from Highbury to the Emirates Stadium in 2006. The project provided 3,000 new homes over 6 acres of land, along with creative business spaces, leisure, retail and community facilities. Vizion7 has a fleet of on-site staff, including a 24/7 Concierge service and an On-site Estate Manager.
Drayton Park - Another North London development that was also part of the Arsenal Regeneration Project, Drayton Park is just a stone’s throw from the Emirates Stadium and comprises 265 apartments across multiple blocks.

We have been appointed as managing agent for a further two Central London developments, including a superb purpose-built block near Kings Cross St Pancras Station, as well as a wonderfully appointed block deep in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Soho!

Gateway exhibited for the second year in a row at the London Build Expo.
Gateway had the gracious opportunity to exhibit alongside 450 outstanding stalls at the London Build Expo, the UK’s largest construction show! Over the course of two days, we took pride in showcasing our wide range of property services to keen enquirers and potential new clients.
We showcased the scope of our in-house offering and opening minds to a wide range of property services, including property management, facilities, insurance, sales & lettings, legal support, surveying and energy management.
Our stand accumulated traffic of inquisitive and prosperous attendees. It was a pleasure to be amongst such a diverse range of property-related businesses all under one roof.
