“Welcome to the 60th edition of Gateway Today, our central news hub and an extension of who we are at Gateway.
For nearly a decade, Gateway has shared market insight, company news, projects and perspectives from across the property sector. Sixty editions later, more than 35,000 readers now join us each month and I would like to thank everyone who has been part of that journey.
The property industry continues to evolve. Changing economic conditions, new legislation and increasing expectations around the management, safety and performance of our homes are shaping the decisions being made by homeowners, landlords, developers and property professionals across the country.
