Gateway Acquires Landmark Rochford Building. The former council offices will become our new headquarters

We are proud to announce that Gateway Group has acquired the former Rochford District Council offices on South Street, Rochford, in a significant investment that will see the prominent town centre building transformed into the company’s new UK head office.
The move marks a major milestone in Gateway Group’s growth, consolidating its operations into a centralised headquarters and reinforcing its long-term commitment to Essex.
The South Street building, a well-known civic landmark, will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment to create a modern, high-quality office environment. Once complete, the new headquarters will accommodate Gateway Group’s expanding team and serve as the operational hub for the business.
The relocation will bring increased footfall to Rochford Town Centre and support the local economy.
