Gateway are proud to announce that we are now the new managing agents of an impressive amount of almost 2,000 new properties since the beginning of the New Year!
We have commenced management on two outstanding developments, both located in Hertfordshire. With a combined total of just under 400 stunning apartments, we are delighted to be of service for these fantastic new communities.
On the South Coast, we are excited to be taking another new phase of an enormous development in Southampton. Once completed, it will consist of an impressive 1,356 homes!
Further to this, we have taken on four other developments based all around the country, stretching from Barnstaple to Canterbury, totalling just over 1,200 homes.

Cost of living in the capital: Average monthly rents continue to rise in London
In some parts of London, tenants are paying as much as £500 more per month as the cost of living crisis continues.
Rents across London are rising to record highs each month, with the average monthly cost of a room now topping £1,000 per month in 44 out of 117 postcodes.
But, as The Standard reports, in five of the capital’s postcodes these increases have been even more punishing than the rest — with the average monthly cost of renting a room soaring by a third or more in just a year.
The latest data from SpareRoom showed that house sharers in these postcodes are paying hundreds of pounds extra a month than they were the previous year.

Our management portfolio will now includes an impressive 340+ home development just a stone’s throw from the stunning Peak District.
Staying in Derbyshire, we are thrilled to be managing another development in the area, consisting of 160 homes.
Further north we have taken on a 200-home development in Middlesbrough, further cementing our reputation as the nationwide managing agent of choice.
Adding to further new instructions in County Durham, Kent and East Sussex, it’s fair to say our nationwide network of offices will be busy in the coming weeks and months!
